ALI - TRIPS

ALI trips are full emersion experiences to allow leaders the space to unplug from their day to day activities on the front lines of gospel mission to focus on the larger call on their life. All ALI Trips include opportunities for particpants to enter the "Seven Spaces" of spiritual, emotional, physical and relational growth: Beauty and recreation, peer to peer interaction, coaching and leadership development, solitude and silence, disequilibrium and challenge, prayer and worship, joy and fun. 
ALI - SAILING TRIP
 

​Participants live aboard a 46+ft sailboat/catamaran sailing around the British Virgin Islands of Tortola and Virgin Gorda. Snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, swimming, hiking, and relaxing provide the canvass for refreshment, fun, strengthening relationships and seeking the Lord.

 

ALI will provide personal coaching and an environment to challenge and refine your calling and leadership focus. The goal is to come along side as you reflect on who you are in Christ, where the Lord has you and where He may be leading you as you grow as a leader.

 

Participants  will be with other leaders representing different missional areas of North America. This trip is a way to grow in humble collaboration and mutual encouragement with fellow servant leaders. You will be asked to engage with likeminded leaders, to share your strengths, weaknesses, hopes, fears, and best practices in order to advance the Kingdom together. 


TRIP COST: $900 plus travel to and from Tortola, BVI. 

ALI - COLORADO ADVENTURE
 

Enjoying the beauty of the Colorado mountains, participants will engage in water rafting, fly-fishing, rock climbing, repelling, and mountaineering with five days in the Colorado backcountry as the canvass for refreshment, fun, strengthening relationships and seeking the Lord.

 

 

ALI will provide personal coaching and an environment to challenge and refine your calling and leadership focus. The goal is to come along side as you reflect on who you are in Christ, where the Lord has you and where He may be leading you as you grow as a leader.

 

Participants  will be with other leaders representing different missional areas of North America. This trip is a way to grow in humble collaboration and mutual encouragement with fellow servant leaders. TRIP COST: $750 plus travel to and from Denver Airport. 

ALI - SOUTH CAROLINA

 

ALI SC is designed to serve Assistant and Associate rectors/pastors by providing coaching, teaching, and peer to peer relational opportunities in the context of fun and beauty. The ALI Assistant’s Trip will be a time of revelation and clarity for each participant as they seek to grow, discern, and prepare for a lifetime of gospel ministry.

 

Some of the key questions the ALI Associate/ Assistants trip will focus on are:

 

  • “What is your Vision and Calling?”

  • “Who are you in Christ?”

  • “How are you gifted?”

  • “Getting everything out of current ministry"

  • “Pitfalls of being an Assistant”

  • “Where Am I going?”

  • “Who is going to help me?”

 

Participants  will be with other leaders representing different missional areas of North America. This trip is a way to grow in humble collaboration and mutual encouragement with fellow servant leaders. You will be asked to engage with likeminded leaders, to share your strengths, weaknesses, hopes, fears, and best practices in order to advance the Kingdom together. 


TRIP COST: $300 plus travel to and from Charleston, SC.
